"My husband, Adam, and I have always been relatively fit people, who ate “healthy” and worked out. Yet we always struggled with our relationship with food and we were never really happy with the way we looked. We put on some weight after a stressful time in our lives, and were then we were introduced to Christine. Christine gave us so much information about what healthy food actually means. We gained amuch deeper understanding of what worked well with our bodies, lives androutines. Our eating habits were not the only thing to change. We now have ahealthy relationship with food and there is no more guilt when we enjoy food! We developed a better understanding of one another as well as how to nurture ourselves, and each other, without using food. We have gotten so much out of working with Christine, that wehave decided to continue working with her past our 6 month plan. The best part?...
