She ended up personally releasing 40lbs. and altered her overall wellness perspective. Since then, she has dedicated her life to studying and learning what it means to truly be healthy and balanced, and how to never be overweight again.

Christine’s approach is non-conventional, powerful and effective. She guides her clients in finding more energy and balance in their lives through both food and lifestyle. She begins by teaching how to systematically integrate healthy, nutritious whole foods into their diets, while empowering them to develop new habits that are lasting and sustainable for a lifetime. She then incorporates a holistic approach by encouraging her clients to recognize what feeds their souls and hunger for living on a deeper, more spiritual level, by considering lifestyle factors such as stress, physical activity, relationships, career or life path, and spirituality. These elements are just as important as the food we eat. She calls this “primary food.” Whereas the healthiest food on the planet will not make you whole if you are unfulfilled in any of these areas of your life. Christine provides her clients with a safe environment in which to explore all aspects of their lives while educating them to improve their food choices and complete health.
Currently, Christine maintains a predominately raw vegan diet, however, she is versed in most all dietary styles, and realizes we all have different dietary needs. Christine will meet you no matter where you are in your personal health and nutrition journey and guide you to the next level of consciousness and awareness. She supports you in reaching your own personal goals, so that you may live the vibrant, healthy life you deserve and desire. She’s patient, supportive, easy going and non-judgmental, and helps you to see that any improvement in your health and overall happiness is a success.
